At Cozumel, children ages 2 and up pay the full rate; infants/ children ages 0 - 1 and 11 months do not pay when riding on parents lap.
All Transfers from and to the airport are on a shared shuttle basis, sharing the
transportation with other Palace Resorts guests who may be staying at a different
Palace Resort from you. There is a minimum number of guest required before the vehicle
may depart from the airport. A 15 to 20 minute wait time, from the moment of contact
with our representatives to the time of departure from the airport is customary.
Private transfers are also available for an additional charge. Please contact our
representatives to purchase a private transfer.

When arriving to the Dominican Republic a tourist card must be purchase prior clearing immigration. The cost of the card is $10.00 and can only be paid in cash and in US currency. Please, make sure you have exact change to purchase it. Once you have your tourist card you can proceed to have your passport stamped. Afterwards, you will turn the card in to the airport staff and then you will be able to pick up your luggage. Then, you will clear customs and exit the airport where you will find representatives from several agencies. You need to look for the Moon Palace Casino, Golf & Spa Resort sign. If your transportation is included and you use another company, we won't be able to reimburse the cost of your transfer. We do not accept cash payments at the airport. Our staff wears a light yellow shirt and gray pants. Our personnel is at the airport 7 days a week until the last flight arrives. If for any reason your flight is delayed we will wait for you.
